To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ▸ We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or timeliness of property information
• ▸ Queen's Quila is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from platform use
• ▸ Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

6 Termination

Account Termination & Service Discontinuation:

• ▸ You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support
• ▸ Queen's Quila may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• ▸ We may discontinue services with 30 days written notice
• ▸ Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases
